Please follow all of the instructions below – all of the applications below, will only need to be installed to your computer just the once.

1) Please download the latest version of JRE (Java Runtime Environment) and install this to your computer, you can download this by clicking the download button below.

2) Please download JMF (Java Messaging Format) and also install this to your computer – this will download instantly once you click the download button below.

3) Please click on the start VoIP button it will give you 2 options for saving or running the application please select RUN . If you want to use application in future with out loading it from web then click the SAVE option and run the application manually.
Then when you connect to one of our experts with the VOIP option, you will need to enter your user name in order to connect to the desired expert. To do this, you will need to choose the expert in which you would like to speak to by clicking on the connect now button, choose your desired time slot and then when the chat window opens, you will need to click on the Start Voip option within the chat window. Please ensure you keep the chat window open during the VOIP call as you will be disconnected if you close the chat window.
