1a. by signing up to Elementalz.com, you will become a member, you understand that by clicking the submit button, you are entering a legally binding contract between Elementalz and yourself as if you were signing a paper contract.

2a. you understand that our psychic advisors are providing you with insight on an entertainment basis only - and that if you are not happy with any of our advisors and your time goes over FIVE minutes, no refund will be offered in form of cash or credit.

3a. by entering your email address, you agree to receive offers from Elementalz.com and understand that we will not spam your email address. However, offers may be sent out to members once per month in the form of free time with specific advisors.

4a. When submitting your details to Elementalz.com, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and of sound mind! Elementalz.com take no responsibility for members who are suffering with any kind of mental health problem, If an advisor suspects that any member is suffering with mental health issues, the call will be terminated and on this occasion, money will be refunded at 70% of the amount paid, this is to cover administration fees and a booking that could have otherwise been legitimate.

5a. When becoming a member of Elementalz.com. You agree that you will not abuse any of our advisors; you also agree that should you become abusive to an advisor, the call will be terminated and NO refund will be offered. Should you become abusive your account will be permanently suspended.

6a. you agree that you connect to an advisor at your own risk! Whilst advisors are interviewed before we allow them to offer services on Elementalz.com, all advisors are working on a self employed basis and are not employed by Elementalz.com. Therefore Elementalz.com take no responsibility for the advice offered be it in the form of a tarot card reading, psychic reading, clairvoyance reading or any other type of advisory reading offered on Elementalz.com.

6b. after agreeing that any advice sought by you the member, from any of our advisors, is solely at your own risk! You agree that if for any reason you wish to take out legal action - Elementalz.com will not become involved in any arbitration cases that may arise.

Payment Gateways

1a, Elementalz.com uses various payment gateways such as Nochex and other gateways. You agree that you understand that your bank or credit card issuer may levy a fee from you when using various payment gateways and that this fee is a separate charge made by your bank or credit card issuer, therefore should a situation arise where a refund is offered, Elementalz.com DO NOT refund any fees levied by your bank or credit card issuer.

Payments

1a. Payments will be made to Elementalz.com and stored in your member account - once you chose your advisor and decide to click the hire button - payments will be deducted from your account for the amount of time you have chosen to be with an advisor and all calls will automatically disconnect at the end of your allotted time!

1b. Once your chosen advisor has been hired, you will have FIVE minutes to decide that you are happy with your reading, if you are unhappy with the advisor, please disconnect and email us via the contact form or you may contact us directly through the website and we will refund your time to spend with a different advisor

Advisors

Advisors are not employed by Elementalz.com - our site provides you ''the member'' and our advisors with a gateway or point of contact. However, members should not request any private details from any of our advisors to contact them in the future - neither should advisors offer any of their details to members of Elementalz.com.

Members Details & Privacy

Members details are kept in our secure database and are not passed on to any third party company - we may use your details from time to time to send you postal offers from within the Elementalz.com Company. Your financial details will not be asked for on our site as we prefer to use E-wallets to clear payments. Your financial details will therefore be stored with the company you chose to clear payments made to Elementalz.com such as Nochex. These companies are 100% secure and safe and your financial details will therefore never be compromised.

Members Accounts

Members should be aware that we can suspend accounts without reason and that we can also make changes to any or our terms and conditions without prior notice - if Elementalz.com suspects any illegal activity or if any fraudulent payments are made to Elementalz.com, accounts will be closed and we will work closely with your local law enforcement office to help prevent any further fraudulent payments!

Advice Given

To protect our members and out advisors, Elementalz.com may record your conversation between you and any of our advisors.

Complaints

All complaints should be made via the contact form within the Elementalz.com website - any complaints will be looked at on a rotational basis and responded to within seven days of receipt by one of our customer service team.

Elementalz.com accepts many currencies due to the use of E-Wallets. However, our prices are listed in British Pound Sterling, your payment will be converted into your own currency at the time of payment by the E-wallet you choose to use, but you should be aware that the exchange rates may vary between E-wallets therefore, should a refund occur, you may receive less than expected due to conversion rates!
