Elementalz.com; does not and will not pass on any of your information to third party companies.

Personal details and any data we collect that relates to you "the customer" is kept confidential. Experts that work on the Elementalz website, DO NOT have access to any of your personal details and providing you do not give them your name, our experts will only know you by the user name that you have chosen. However, should we suspect fraud or any other criminal activity; your personal details may be requested by your local police department or any law enforcement agency.
All international customers should be aware that their details may be seen by local government agencies within the UK.

Your financial details (credit card or debit card details) are not stored on the Elementalz website as we use e-wallets to clear payments, e-wallets are usually 100% secure and when you choose to hire an expert, you will be passed over to one of our chosen e-wallets to make payment before returning to our website.

Making a call over our VOIP (Voice over IP) system is confidential between you and any of the experts working on the Elementalz website. However, we may at any time record your call for purposes of security to both you "the customer" and our experts. Recorded calls are kept strictly confidential and are not available to any third party.

When speaking to any of our experts via the text chat option, our customers should be aware that this data is stored for security, quality and training purposes for a maximum term of three months, this data is NOT passed on to any third party and customers may copy and paste the conversation if they wish.

Should Elementalz change ownership, all of our customers would be notified via email and given the option to either close their account or keep it open, should any of our members not respond to this email, the new owners would then have the right to store your data and continue to store your membership details on their own server. However, in the event of our site changing ownership - all details on how we collect and hold data would be passed on to the new owners.

All experts who decide to work on Elementalz.com will never work under their real names, and should never pass on any personal details to Elementalz members. Should any of our experts pass on their own personal details, they are doing this at their own risk.
