Contacting one of our experts couldn't be easier, you have the option to either contact an expert via the text chat window, or you can talk to them live via VOIP (voice over IP). If you choose to use the VOIP option, you will need a good broadband connection and a headset with a microphone attached or a microphone and speakers on your home PC or Laptop.

Before you can talk to any of our Psychic, Tarot Card, Clairvoyant, Clairaudient or Astrological Experts, you will first need to fund your account. Once your account has been funded, you can choose the desired amount of time in which you would like to speak to an expert - you can either choose a per minute basis or block time of twenty minutes, 40 minutes or 60 minutes, once you have chosen your desired time, you will then need to connect to your chosen expert.

Please note: Whilst we put our Experts through tests before they are allowed to work on Elementalz, none of our experts are actually employed by Elementalz.com or Elementalz.co.uk and they only offer readings on an ''entertainment only basis'' as is required by law. For more information on this please see our terms and conditions.

When booking block amounts of time with our Experts, you should be aware that once the time has been spent, you will automatically be disconnected from your chosen expert, if you wish to continue, you may either book further time with the expert or you may chat to them on a per minute basis.

Elementalz offers readings in various forms; some of the readings we offer are in the form of Psychic readings, Tarot Card Readings, Astrological Advice, Rune Readings, Angel Card Readings, Clairvoyant Readings, Clairaudient Readings and Mediumistic Readings.

Before deciding to connect to an expert, please be sure you know what type of reading you are looking for, as refunds are not usually offered, except in extreme circumstances. Please feel free to browse our pages for advice about what each type of reading may offer.

When your reading begins, your chosen expert will inform you that any readings are offered on an entertainment basis only and they will also ask for your date of birth to ensure that you are over the required age to receive a reading, before your reading can continue, you must agree that you understand all readings are done on an entertainment only basis!

Become an Expert on Elementalz

If you would like to apply to become an expert on the Elementalz website, you will need to first sign up as an expert, once you have done this, one of our team will contact you by telephone, email or your desired messenger service.

Becoming an expert on Elementalz.com requires that you undergo a form of testing before are able to work on our website -- once accepted, you will be able to earn great rates of pay, payment terms are discussed once testing has finished, and you should be aware that all experts who work on Elementalz.com or Elementalz.co.uk work solely on a self employed basis.

Working on a self employed basis means that you will only be paid for the readings you do.
