A, Elementalz.com only offers cash refunds in certain circumstances, we allow you up to five minutes to see if your reading is what you expected, if you are not happy with a particular advisor, please disconnect before the five minutes has lapsed and we will credit your account with the amount used, as Elementalz is offering advice on an entertainment only basis we have the right to refuse any cash refund. However, provided you have not gone over your five minutes, we will credit your account up to two times with the amount used in any twenty four hour period.
